EU Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are not obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Customers based in the EU/UK retain all statutory consumer-protection rights handled by our Merchant of Record.

Data Protection (GDPR)

Trexlytics processes only publicly available review data and the personal data you voluntarily provide (account email, business profile, payment metadata). We never store your customers' personal information beyond what Google publicly displays. For data access, correction, or deletion requests, please email hello@trexlytics.com — we respond within 30 days as required by GDPR Art. 12.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, Trexlytics is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with general applicable laws. We are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected — liability is possible from the moment of knowledge of a specific infringement.
