Refund Policy

At Trexlytics, we stand behind our service. This policy explains when refunds are granted and how to request one.

General Policy — No Refunds for Used Analyses

All subscription fees and one-time payments are non-refundable once analyses have been run. When you subscribe or purchase credits, you receive immediate access to our AI analysis infrastructure, which incurs costs on our side regardless of your usage. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, as results depend on the quality and availability of public review data.

Refund Eligibility — Service Failure

You are entitled to a full refund if the Trexlytics platform was completely unavailable (down) for more than 72 consecutive hours during your active billing period, and you were unable to run any analyses as a result. Partial outages, degraded performance, or temporary scraper failures (e.g. a single business not found) do not qualify for a refund.

What Counts as a Service Failure

A qualifying failure means: (1) our servers were offline and you could not log in or access the dashboard, or (2) all analysis attempts failed system-wide for more than 72 hours. Single-business errors, slow responses, or third-party data provider issues do not constitute a service failure.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@trexlytics.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Include your account email, the dates of the service failure, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with a decision. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period — we do not provide prorated refunds for unused days after cancellation unless a qualifying service failure occurred.

Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any charges, so no refund policy applies.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute, contact us at hello@trexlytics.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve billing disputes fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
