These Terms of Service govern your use of the Trexlytics platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Trexlytics provides an AI-powered platform for reputation monitoring and competitor analysis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or use the service for purposes other than those described.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Trexlytics is a monthly subscription service. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform, use the service to harm or harass others, or violate the terms of service of third-party platforms whose data we analyze.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data on your behalf to deliver analysis results. You retain ownership of your business data.
6. Third-Party Data
Our platform analyzes publicly available review data. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data sources. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to data from external platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content on the Trexlytics platform is owned by Trexlytics. Reports generated for your business are yours to use. You may not resell or redistribute the platform itself without a written agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Trexlytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable national laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, competent courts.
